A mobility plan will be in place during the Cortina d’Ampezzo AUDI FIS Ski World Cup, to guarantee safety and access to the competition area. A system built to mitigate the sporting event’s necessities with those of the territory, minimazing any inconvenience for the local community.
The mobility plan establishes traffic limitations with specific transit passes, combined with a strengthened public transport service to guarantee acess to the Finish Area.
The mobility plan includes traffic restrictions from Gilardon to Piè Tofana and from Ponte Corona to Pocol.

The shuttles will leave from the Crignes Bridge in downtown Cortina and arrive at the Finish Area in Rumerlo, specially organized with accessible paths and areas. A number of stalls reserved for people with disabilities will also be available near the downtown boarding area.
For a better and more punctual service, we kindly ask you to specify your needs at least 24 hours in advance at mobilita@fondazionecortina.com.
Due to safety reasons and available spaces, it’s not possible to reach the competition area with your own vehicles, even if in possess of specific badge for disabled people.
The Rumerlo Finish Area is accessible thanks to the installation of driveways with special polyurethane plates, suitable for wheelchairs, strollers and other walking aids. Tactile maps are placed in the arrival and departure areas of shuttles for people with special needs to facilitate orientation for the blind and visually impaired, both to the parterre and grandstands and to the Tofana Lounge.
The “Prosecco DOC Sparkling Corner” has been designed without barriers, as have the restrooms and other spaces, thanks to the installation of connecting ramps and slides. An audio guide of the event will be available in Italian and English, designed to support people with visual impairments, describing the Rumerlo area in English and Italian. The tool allows the playback and listening of a recorded audio narrative, which can be activated by a simple QR code from any smartphone.
For people with hearing disabilities, a video interpretation service in LIS (Sign Language) will be activated, thanks to the support of the Veasyt company. Both of these services will be available at the Infopoint in the parterre and at the Tofana Lounge entrance desk.
Finally, a team of volunteers will be on hand to assist people with special needs, providing support with travel and information. The volunteers, easily recognized by their white bibs, will be present at the shuttle disembarkation point and at the Infopoint in the parterre area.
For GUEST guests, two parking spaces will be available with reserved access and subject to availability at the temporary parking lot on Marangoi Street (32 spaces) and at the temporary parking lot on Stadium Street (66 spaces).
Dedicated shuttle service with stops:
- Guest Parking in via Marangoi
- Alexander Hall
- Tofana Lounge / ristorante El Camineto
The service will run from Saturday, January 18 to Sunday, January 19, 2025 with the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be marked by the color GREEN.
The Cortina Ski World Cup Finish Area can also be reached with an infant. The route involves taking the shuttle/bus to the chairlift departure station, followed by a short walk (about 15 minutes) on the snow, as for all other spectators.
However, for safety reasons, you are not allowed to enter the Finish Area with strollers or baby carriages. We encourage you to arrange to transport your infant accordingly, using backpacks or baby carriers.
We remind you that:
- The event takes place outdoors, exposed to the elements, at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level in the winter climate of the Dolomites. It is recommended that you wear appropriate clothing for you and your infant.
- The Finish Area environment is very noisy, with speaker activities, music and entertainment characterizing the spirit of the sports event.
