During the races scheduled for January 18 and 19, the grandstand, parterre area, and Tofana Lounge will be adorned with the colors and distinctive features of the Dolomiti Bellunesi brand—a symbol that embodies the identity and uniqueness of this remarkable territory.
At the women’s Alpine Ski World Cup in Cortina, featuring the downhill and super-G races on January 18 and 19, the Rumerlo finish area will glow with the color of enrosadira. This special pink hue, which paints the Dolomites at sunrise and sunset, will transform the grandstand into a tribute to the region, making it the most visible and iconic point of the event. The homage will extend to the parterre area, enhanced by branded banners, inflatables, and sails featuring the Dolomiti Bellunesi logo, while exclusive backdrops in the Tofana Lounge will complete the atmosphere.
The redesigned grandstand and installations in the parterre and Tofana Lounge are the first realization of the partnership between Fondazione Cortina and Fondazione DMO Dolomiti Bellunesi. This agreement, formalized and presented on November 23 at the Veneto Region stand during the Longarone International Gelato Exhibition, will run until 2026, the year of the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics and Paralympics. The collaboration aims to promote and enhance the Dolomiti Bellunesi and the surrounding territory, propelling them toward new heights of prestige and international recognition.
In this context, sports and major events, such as the women’s Alpine Ski World Cup, become essential tools to achieve these goals, serving as the perfect showcase to highlight the extraordinary natural, cultural, and scenic beauty of this unique region. Beyond Alpine skiing, special attention will also be given to other sports, especially curling. This year, Cortina will host the Junior World Championships in curling, a key test event for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
In addition to decorating the Rumerlo finish area, the Dolomiti Bellunesi brand and its associated territory will be at the heart of various initiatives aimed at promoting and celebrating the region. These include a dedicated page on the official website of the Cortina Alpine Ski World Cup, the projection of stunning videos on giant screens in the finish area, the press room, and Piazza Dibona, as well as featuring the Dolomiti Bellunesi logo on communication materials such as posters, digital graphics, and newsletters.
Moreover, a dedicated corner in the press room will offer informational and promotional materials, with staff available to assist Italian and international media, contributing to spreading the word about the beauty of our territory.
