How to reach the race area
During the Alpine Ski World Cup, traffic access to the Finish Area will be regulated by a mobility plan.
Book your free parking* south (Acquabona) or north (Fiames) on parkforfun. From here, non-stop running shuttles (from 7:30 am to 3 pm) will take you to Gilardon, near the chairlift bottom station of Socrepes. From here, 1 chairlift and 10 minutes walk, will take you to the finish area of Rumerlo.

From Acquabona to the finish area: approx. 60 minutes

Catch the bus line n°3 from Cortina bus station (Marconi street, city centre), running every 30 minutes from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The bus takes you to Gilardon, next to the Socrepes chairlift bottom station. From here, 1 chairlift (free) and 10 minutes walk, will take you to the finish area of Rumerlo.
From the bus station to the finish area: approx. 40 minutes
Winter clothing and shoes are strongly recommended.
SHUTTLE/BUS, PARK AND CHAIRLIFT FREE OF CHARGE FOR TICKET OWNERS.
From Cortina centre: take the “Tofana Freccia nel cielo” gondola lift from the Stadio del Ghiaccio (ice stadium) to Col Drusciè; from here, descend comfortably to the Rumerlo parterre.
From the Falzarego Pass: take the cable car from Bai de Dones to Son dei Prade, from here continue along piste 19 to the start of the Tofana Express chairlift. then ski down to the Rumerlo finish area.
VERY IMPORTANT: DURING THE RACE DAYS, THE ONLY CLOSED SLOPE IN THE TOFANA SKI AREA IS OLYMPIA DELLE TOFANE (RACE COURSE). ALL OTHER SLOPES ARE REGULARLY OPEN FOR SKIING.
Do you stay far away and don’t want to drive? From the busforfun terminal you can take the chairlift (free of charge) and, in a 10-minute, slightly uphill walk, reach the Rumerlo Finish Area!
The active routes are:
- Mestre Treviso – Conegliano – Cortina
- Colfosco – Corvara – La Villa – San Cassiano – Cortina
- Feltre – Belluno – Longarone – Pieve di Cadore – Cortina
- Agordo – Cortina
- Udine – Pordenone – Cortina
From the Busforfun terminal 1 chairlift (free) and 10 minutes walk will take you to the finish area of Rumerlo.

People with restricted mobility
Persons with reduced mobility, in possession of an access ticket, have the possibility to reach the Finish Area in Rumerlo with dedicated vehicles provided by the associations ‘ASSI Onlus Belluno‘ and ‘The Game Never Ends‘ of Cortina d’Ampezzo, in cooperation with the Fondazione Cortina.
The shuttles will leave from the Stadio del Ghiaccio – via Bonacossa, at the GUEST parking area, and will arrive at the Finish Area in Rumerlo, organised with accessible routes and reserved areas. Near the boarding area there will be some parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities.
For a better and more punctual service, we kindly ask you to specify your needs at least 24 hours in advance at mobilita@fondazionecortina.com.
Due to safety reasons and available spaces, it’s not possible to reach the competition area with your own vehicles, even if in possess of specific badge for disabled people.
